Carbonfrost Systems is committed to respecting your privacy. Carbonfrost believes
that the company, its partners, and its customers have a shared interest in maintaining
a high regard for your privacy when using our website and other services. Carbonfrost's
privacy policy elaborates our strict standards for how we collect, use, and disclose
information about you or information that can identify you specifically.

- This policy covers how Carbonfrost treats personal information that Carbonfrost
collects and receives, including information related to your past use of Carbonfrost

What Is Covered By This Policy
This policy covers how Carbonfrost handles personal information that Carbonfrost
collects or recieves.
This policy does not cover the practices of companies that are not controlled or
managed by Carbonfrost. In particular, companies that have been acquired by Carbonfrost
may have preexisting privacy policy. In the event that Carbonfrost is acquired or
conglomerated with another organization, it may be the case that the policy is not
applicable.
Personal information
Personal information is anything that can be used to identify a person specifically.
Carbonfrost develops hardware and software solutions for a diverse clientele. We
provide training and consulting for businesses and other professionals and collect
personal information to facilitate this business. Carbonfrost may also collect details
that allow us to contact an individual at their place of work, for product or service
provision, or for the dissemination of relevant communications.
Collection, Usage, and Disclosure
Carbonfrost collects voluntarily provided personal or contact information (including
but not limited to an individual's name, title, company name, home and/or business

via business communications (such as telephone, fax, or e-mail) and other industry-related
media such as tradeshows, electronic messaging groups, and newsgroups.
Carbonfrost gathers this personal information in order to provide products ad services,

When a product or service sale is involved, Carbonfrost will also collect additional

from Carbonfrost. To opt-out, an individual must contact Carbonfrost directly via

their name is to be removed from. Carbonfrost will comply with this request given

Carbonfrost is accountable for the diligent protection of personal information under

in a building that is secure outside regular hours of operation.

files containing personal information by unauthorized personnel.
- Carbonfrost employs up-to-date technologies like firewalls and security software

- In the event that Carbonfrost must destroy any personal information under our custody,
we will do so using a reasonably secure method in order to prevent unauthorized
outside access, collection, use, disclosure, copying or modification.
- Carbonfrost provides training to ensure those personnel who handle personal information
do so with an appropriate level of sensitivity.
Carbonfrost's Web site may contain hyperlinks to external sites. We are not responsible
for any content associated with such external sites. Carbonfrost recommends that
users familiarize themselves with the privacy policies of these sites if the collection
of their personal information is involved.
Right to Access
Provided a request is made in writing, individuals have the right to access their
personal information. Carbonfrost may require proof of identity and/or charge a
minimal fee prior to releasing the requested information. We will respond to an
applicant's request for access within thirty (30) business days and give written
notice if more time is required to complete the request.
Carbonfrost will provide individuals with their personal information under our charge,
information about the ways in which their information is or has been used and, if
applicable, names of the individuals and/or organizations to which their personal

In some instances, Carbonfrost may not grant access to personal information where

Carbonfrost will provide reasonable notification to its participating users when
this policy has changed materially. Carbonfrost may decline supplying these notifications

Carbonfrost is not obligated to supply information about the changes to the Carbonfrost
Privacy Policy if a user has specifically declined these notifications from Carbonfrost

its affiliates, or its parent or subsidary companies unless those changes specifically
